Having a lot of issues uploading. Using the same camera, same format. Some videos are uploading, some are not.I’ve been trying to upload a few 30MB .mpeg4 video file for the last few hours.It says “video file OK” and after it’s uploaded I keep getting this error:Oops, something went wrong…I have cleared my cache, restart my computer, etc. Tried Chrome, tried Safari. Tried it on iPhone.What’s the issue?

Hi there, I’m making a really big project on VideoAsk. And I got to the point where the page loads really slow, plus the mouse response is also getting very slow. What can I do to make the site loads faster? or is it because I have so many elements (or steps) that the site loads really slow? Thank you! 

Hi!I need to allow respondents to go back and change their answers also in NPS type. I need to collect data that people can evolve during the survey, we are not under oath, people have to be able to change their previous answer.How can Typeform don't consider this?! It’s incredible..

My landing page is https://gabrielesartori.myclickfunnels.com/vls-t-e3fc0rr On google ads I then add the ?utm_source=PMAX or ?utm_source=YTADS to that link to split users depending by the campaign they come from. At the end of the timer on the landing page a button appears with the direct link to the videoask I followed the guide on your website and added the #utm_source= at the end of the videoask direct link, but the utm parameter doesnt appear in videoask contact profile. The problem is after the = in the videoask url, there should be a dynamic code to pick from the landing page url the utm source, but there isn't...  How can I setup the direct videoask url on the landing page to pick up the utm source and passing it on the lead contact profile? Thanks 

Hi, We have implemented VideoAsk in our web application, but we are encountering an issue. Whenever a user uploads a VideoAsk video through their webcam, typically around 2 minutes in length, we receive the VideoAsk response via the API using the contact ID. The response provides us with an iframe URL, but when we render this iframe URL, it initially displays a blank screen with the message: "There seems to have been an error with recording or uploading this video/audio." However, after some time, the iframe URL starts showing the video correctly. Could you please advise on how to overcome this issue?

Hi there! Is there any possibility to customize the VideoAsk URL entirely? I mean not only adding a variable(s) behind the URL, but completely custom them.I have seen the video on “How to fully customize your videoask URL”, but is there another way, since I’m a third party and have no access to their backend or subdomain. Thank you! 

I think VIDEOASK is a great tool but I’m very busy and don’t have time to create workflows or learn the tool. I’m looking for an individual who can do a workflow for my business. Anyone interested?

Important! Videoask is no longer usable for us and our customers! Recently, you have to click 4 times for the video to start correctly with sound on a smartphone or desktop. This is a disastrous feature and our customers are complaining heavily. Please change this back immediately to a video functionality that starts the video with sound after a single click. Otherwise, we won't be able to use the tool anymore. We are very dissapointed to that…Have you had the same experience? How are you dealing with it? No user is going to click 4 times just to get the video to start properly.  

Hello everyone,I'm embedding a VideoAsk widget on my website, but I'm running into issues with customizing the button layout. Specifically, I want to distribute the buttons evenly across the entire video area instead of having them all clustered at the bottom with a scrollbar. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can distribute the buttons evenly over the entire video area? Hey,We setup a custom Domain for a brand, if there is the videoask-slug behind the slash it works fine.According to https://www.videoask.com/help/branding/360046795732-how-to-set-up-a-custom-domain-in-videoask#h_01FXSREA77HZK43SYV4GHVJPDZ:~:text=https%3A//whatever.mydomain.com)%20will%20automatically%20redirect%20to%20your%20brand%27s%20redirect%20URL. It should redirect to the brands “redirect url” but it doesnt, instead it links to videoask.comThe Issue is in different brands. Anyone an idea ?

Hi VideoAsk Team, I’m a new member of VideoAsk and would like to ask a question.In my project, I have 8 questions with possible answers between yes and no only, and I don't want the customer to skip a single question (meaning I made a linear logic for every step, because all questions must not be skipped).So my question is:Is it possible to not just make the final step the determining factor of which URL they will be redirected to. Because I want their answers to be accumulated, like which URL they will be redirected to depends on how many yes and no answers they get.  Please let me know, thank you!

A quick question on using the AI Chatbot function. If using this option, would the information be contained or held within a secure / closed environment? If I understand it correctly, this integrates the use of ChatGPT? I am just wondering about sensitive client information and making sure the information remains in a private and secure environment as opposed to becoming share in an open source environment. Hi there. I am trying to get scoring to display on my VideoAsk dashboard, but I am not having any luck. I understand the way to implement scoring is advised as advanced logic. I have tested this out and it appears to display different to the help article https://www.videoask.com/help/how-it-works/4416621623188-score-your-respondents-answers (in that there is no “add to score” option as previewed). I am building a videoask for a client that needs the responses to have a monetary value associated relative to the multichoice questions answered.Previously I was using Zapier and then HubSpot’s scoring function to handle the transferral of data to a score and then convert this into a monetary amount that is then sent via email to user. However, the client has cut the HubSpot account as it was too expensive. Ideally I am wanting to extract data from VideoAsk’s scoring to then feed through to Zapier where I can then handle changing that total score into a monetary figure and then automate an e

When respondents complete the VideoAsk questionnaire, their responses are currently labeled as "anonymous." We need their responses to be labeled with their names so we can identify who answered the questions. What adjustments or settings need to be changed to achieve this? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you!   **Assuming I can ask for their name in the video…...however, I also need to see the name on the actual video file
