Your typeform results

Here at our company, we have some 100% anonymous climate surveys, but we needed to block them so that the same person would not respond more than once. We know that by downloading the responses to Excel, we can see the Network ID, but if everyone in the company responds on the same internet, it would no longer work for us to find out if there was a duplicate response.Is there any way to make the survey anonymous, but block the machine's IP for just 1 response? From the machine it is more efficient than from the internet. Since we stay on the same connection daily!Thank you very much for your attention :)Tairê - Suzano Holding 

Hey folks, I was wondering if it was possible to send an response to the end user with an individual response e.g. a code, after the survey was checked by me? Furthermore, is it possible to provide a list of codes, by Escel for example, and the system would send the code automatically, but every code only once? Thanks in advance.

Hello,I’m not sure this is the best way to reach the end result so let’s start from the bottom. I’m looking to have a table where the answers from different forms (but same structure) are merged together. In this way thanks to a support table in airtable/google sheet I can discriminate between them (each form is a different product - I don’t want the users to select the product by themselves). Use Case: Online BookingsI have product details page with forms to be completed, so each detail page now have a different form (with different url - for each product I sell) with the same form structure. I then use google sheet to append the answers, and thanks to a support table I identify the product thanks to the different URLs of the forms, but I don’t like this solution as IMPORTRANGE of gsheet (that I use to merge the different sheet with form answers) is not that solid.Is there a more efficient way of doing so? We have a typeform which we had email notifications set up to send to a few emails. Recently, the notifcations tab on the left has disappeared and has turned to Follow up. Now I can’t find the original notifcations I set up previously and they are not in the follow up tab but I am still getting the emails.When I add the follow up emails, my team and I recieve duplicate emails.Can anyone help as to where I can locate this in order to take some emails off my list and we don’t continue getting duplicate emails.

I’ve been waiting for the responses to refresh on my personality quiz and now that it has, I went to check on my quiz on my account and it’s missing, I literally can’t find it. It was actually a very important quiz and I needed it for a project, maybe im just missing it but i genuinely cannot find it.

I included a matrix question in my Typeform questionnaire. (The respondents should indicate how good they are at each of 5 skills (rows) (4 criteria as columns).This question is not displayed on my Typeform - Hubspot connection, i.e. I cannot integrate the answers into Hubspot. Is there a solution for this?

I am launching a survey with ~100 questions; respondents will follow a logic structure such that any one will only answer ~30 questions. These are mostly picklists or numeric. I hope for 1000 replies. Will I encounter any issues with data storage and retrieval as a CSV for analysis? Thank you

I would like to create 3 blocks of forms with 11 questions each. Then, I would like to calculate the scores for each block. I tried to use the logic to do this, however after I add the ending is not possible to continue to add more forms.Thank you in advance

Hi all, I’ve made a rather complex Typeform which uses Branching and calculations to move the user through the form. I tried setting it up as an Outcome quiz initially, but there were simply too many possible end results and pathways to reach them that I couldn’t figure out how to make it work. (I’m also new to Typeform!) So I’ve set it up as a form that only used Branching, thinking that would work for me. However, because of this I am now unable to view what results my respondents chose: This is my current view on the Responses page. I need to be able to see which ending my respondents reach at the end of the Typeform. I’ve tried exporting the file to Google Sheets but the information is also missing from there. Is there any way to view this without changing the Typeform to include Outcomes logic? Thanks in advance for your help.

Hey there! I already read through the community, really helpful, so I hope you have 1 or 2 ideas for me on the drop off: I am looking to find the first users for my platform the AI job hunter, so I use typeform to ask them a couple of questions about their job preferences and to share the CV. people are first on the website upstarter.site and if they go on the CTA“get my spot“ they are redirected to the typeform. The idea is that this works like a bit of a sign up. But I loose almost 50% of the people at the first questions. Is that because they are leaving the website or what could I do differently, maybe not ask for the name to start with and jump straight to job preferences?  thanks in advance!

Hey y’all, I’m using Typeform as a method for our users to update their personal information. Using hidden fields, I am able to display their current (old) information, then users can branch to questions where they can input (new) information, if it has changed. E.g.:Q1: “Is still your mobile number: {hidden_field_mobile}?”A1: “No.”Q2: “Please enter your current mobile number.”A2: [a short text input]In essence, I want to create an old-new relationship between values stored in hidden fields and answers to questions related to the hidden fields. We have an endpoint that parses the request sent by the webhook; there, using an association between answers and hidden fields, I would like to see the difference between the old and new inputs so we can display it to administrators of the system.Here are my attempts at creating these associations:My initial idea was to set variables, with the same names as the hidden field, and assign to them the answer of select questions (within the Typeform)

Hi there, Basically I have people filling out the required questions to get to my calendy integration. They are booking a call via calendy (which they cant get to without repsonses) yet I have no responsesany help would be appreciated

We are using our form as a Creative Brief or intake form.  So we need a view of the individual forms in their entirety, not the individual answers to the questions and aggregation of those answers in a spreadsheet.Is there a way for each new submission to create a Google doc or anything like that where it would have the Q’s and A’s in it or even just the A’s to all of the questions? Having multiple submissions in one doc or spreadsheet is really cumbersome for us to sort through.  How would you recommend doing this or setting it up?  Thanks so much for your help!

What does 0 and 1 mean for yes/no questions?

Hi all, I’m new to Typeform, is there a way to show the result based on the variable score? Eg: There are 3 questions group, each group has 3 questions using the opinion scale (scale from 1-5).I was able to show the score with variable on result page such as:Results:Type 1: @type_1Type 2: @type_2Type 3: @type_3 But I would like to add another logic, if the Type 2 score higher than 1 & 3. I want to copy all the questions and answers from an initial typeform into a second typeform. So the customer will complete the first typeform on their own, then the second typeform we will add more information (with all their responses from the initial form) while on a call together. 

Does anyone know if it is possible to export the Typeform statistics? Not the answers, but the information that comes out regarding the statistics of how many people view the form, how many downloaded it, the question-by-question behavior, etc. Thanks a lot!

I know I can manually add a tag in the results table. But I’m trying to find an option for tags to be added automatically according to the results.I have a quiz type form, in the end of which the submitter gets a recommendation (ie result). I would like this result to show as a tag in the table. Seems obvious to me but can’t find this option.Would love some help with this if anyone knows. Thanks!
