Build your typeform

We have multiple restaurant locations and have built a form to pre-screen job applicants. As they are going through the questions, one is around choosing what locations you would like to work at, and choosing shift hours..etc. Once complete, I need to send an email with the information in it to different people (based on location). So I have two questions:What is the best way to separate out emails based on locations? Is there a way to nest multiple forms together?  I am assuming I will need to use Make (formerly Integromat) to create this. Is this the recommended way? Like write it all to Airtable and then email notifications from there?

Hi all - I’m curious to know if your are able to change the appearance of or remove the shaded box surrounding multiple choice selections. I tried looking around and it doesn’t seem possible, but figured I’d ask here. Thanks for your time if you have any ideas!

In a multiple-choice question, we would like to have one option for people who “don´t use” anything. And we need this option to be blocked at the end (before “Others”).Could we do this in Typeform? I can't do it with my current Plan, but I don't know whether is for my subscription or because Typeform doesn´t allow me to do this.  

Hi,I ideally want to include 2 links from the end slide...one via the button and another via the linked text, but this looks to not be possible...I can only have one link from the end slide right?My follow up issue is that I disable the button link & just have the linked text in the last slide. When I test it, however, the link within the text refuses to work at all…Does anyone have any solutions to this?Cheers.David

hiis it possible to assign an incremental number for each time form is open? (variable, recall, hidden, calculation...) and this value will be save as a new form variable (if form is submitted)cases of use: each form has a order id (shopping order), or a ticket id (support ticket), or a quote id (quote request), or a lottery id (raffle ticket), or entrance id (event registration),... easiest example: the first time a form is open (no submission) form has a variable=1; the second time has a variable=2;… and so onit would be great idea if we can recall an a default intern variable named “open_counter” i hope i’ve explained myself properlythanks

Hey guys i used logic for check in with my clients. I added endings.  there are 10 questions and 5 endings.  i.e 0-20 is …20 - 40 is ..40 - 60 is ..and so on to 100.  When i score a 10 out of 10 in all of them my score should be 100 and the best outcome ending that i have written. but for some reason i am only getting the lower outcome endings 0 - 20 and 20 - 40. Have i done something wrong while using logic?   

Hello! I have a phone number question in my form. When I tested it on desktop, users are able to search for their country name and enter in the right country code. However on mobile, there is no option to search for the country name and users have to scroll through the list to find their country code which is a pain.on desktop on mobile Is there a workaround for this?

Hey,Is there a way to pass a number using hidden fields that can be included in the calculation? I may be missing something obvious but when I do the branching and calcs it doesn't let me use the hidden field value?Thanks.

Hoping someone can help me!I started a survey on the basic plan that ended at 10 questions. Then I was unable to locate the original survey in my account. So I upgraded my account to the next plan and still the survey is missing.How do I find the original survey to restart it?

Hello, newbie here. I saw someone else use what appeared to be the “Picture Choice” option where multiple pics were used as options of different questions to answer, so when you click one it takes you to a text question to answer that corresponds with that picture but I can’t see exactly how to do that. Help?! :)

Hi,I created my first typeform, which will be used during an event (hoping to getting a lot of responses and collect data!).I have two ending screens (depending on the answer given in the last question). I would like the button on the ending screen to redirect to the begining of the typeform (first screen). But it does not work.=> I tried the “redirect on completion” button but it redirect before my ending screen=> I tried to redirect to my typeform link in the button link area, but it redirect to the home page of Typeform.Is there a simple way to reset the typeform after the ending screen by clicking on the button ?This typeform will not be embeded, we will use the typeform shared url.Thank you a lot for your helpClaire

Hello Community,We have connected a typeform with Onedrive asking a bunch of questions where the people needed to upload pictures.1.) This pictures get stored in an Onedrive for Business Account.2.) The Survey information is stored in an Excel File also in Onedrive.3.) Hi, recently we saw a result shifts in one specific survey of ours and a stakeholder asked me if we can tell when we applied the last changes to the survey. So, is there any way to see/find a timestamp of when the last change was applied to a survey in Typeform? Thanks and best regards,Rajko

Hi all,I’m struggling now to pass an hidden value into a field with Typeform.My actual value is loaded not on the loading of the page but after a loading of one external javascript and create a parameter to my url : example : ?custom=XXXXXBut when I create some script with PHP or Javascript to catch this parameter, it’s blank because the value is created after the page loading.Is there any chance to pass this value into my form. Hi! I would like to use two different colors of the font in one theme / question. Furthermore it would be great if I could use two different sizes of text in one question to emphasize certain aspects. Is that possible?  

Just cant find the text and background editor in design?

I wish to create a quiz with 4 options and 4 labels for each question.An Opinion Scale with a changing graphic on the right would have been perfect, however the 4/4 design for each question does not seem possible on Typeform (based on other community questions).So, I believe I am left with Picture Choice type of questions - although if anyone knows of another option??QUESTIONS:Is there a design available in Picture Choice where I can upload a background image? I have watched every video that I can find and still can figure out what I’m doing wrong… this is what I see when I open my account to create:So I click on Create Typeform and then Start from Scratch - and then the blank page comes up… Can anyone tell me where to find the “add your first question” tab? Thanks for your help,Kate

Hi all, I have a question.I am using typeform as a requestform for services. One of those services is to retrieve a printer from the customer for example. I am wondering if there is a possibility to repeat questions for when it comes to more than 1 printer?So when 1 printer has to be retrieved, the user must enters brand, model and serialnumber. When the user indicates that more printers are involved these questions should be repeated.

Hi allI wonder if someone can help: I’m surveying 1,000+ school students to ask them what they think of their chosen study subjects. See screenshot below. Students have 3 subjects each Across all 1,000+ students there are 100s of combinations (e.g. English, Maths, History).  I know what subjects each student studies and can embed them in the URL as hidden fields What I can’t work out how to do is then present each subject as a line in a 3 Row Matrix.Any idea how I do this or recommendations of other survey providers who do have this feature if it can’t be done in TypeForm?Thank you in advance for any help.Charlie
