Hello everyone , I have a website on wordpress which is using Typeform in it currently i am facing an issue as whenever I open the page the typeform doesnt get load until I hover, scroll or click on the page .I have used both the plugin as well as code to embed the typeform I am currently looking for advice to go about it Thank You

HI. We want to start with a basic plan. Before doing so, need to know if our account information is seen on the end of the submitter / revealed in the link? We have several organizations offering different services and would like to have only 1 basic account for our multiple organizations. Please advise!

I’ve just launched a new research based survey on our website for black friday as an embedded side tab. It’s always quite tough to find the right name for the tab though to avoid taking up too much screen space and to minimize immediate drop-off.So I was wondering, what have you guys found success with? That could be exact names or general strategies.My most successful ones have still always resulted in low entry rates but that could be a reflection of my user base more than anything. “Got a min?”, “Share your view”, “£100 to win!”, “£100 up for grabs!”

Hello! I imagine this already exists so please +1, but if not, I feel adding a Gmail integration - click a button in the email composer to record a VA through Gmail - would be a popular feature and huge time-saver. I’m aware about copying a link into Gmail and also your DM options. :)Thank you!A

Please consider adding an ‘Address field’ just like you have a ‘Phone field’. It’s important to be able to easily capture the customer’s address without having to go through 5 or 6 pages. I’m sorry if this is a repeat request but I think it’s a very important part of any registration or on-boarding form. Hi Can the recipient receive a copy in their records after giving a response. I mean to say they should have a copy of the survey which they filled immediately after filling it. Is this feature available?

Is there a way to remove the floating “ok” button that pops up over a multiple choice question whose responses don’t fit entirely on a mobile screen? The button is distracting. I think people know that they need to scroll down. If they select an answer it will take them to the next question anyway. If this isn’t possible it should be a new feature.Thank you. 

Hi,I don’t know if there already is a way to do this, but what I’d like to do is to not have choice questions automatically go to the next question as soon as I click on an answer. For multi-choice questions, the OK button appears and I have to manually click OK to proceed. For single-choice questions however, as soon as I choose an answer, the form goes to the next question. Is there a way to force my respondents to click OK after they have made their (single) choice? So far the only solution I have found is to make it a multi-choice and hide the hint that multiple options can be selected - however, this can cause problems with my logic jumps. Best wishes Edit: If it isn’t clear, I refer to the standard multiple choice question as single-choice and multiple choice questions with “multiple selection” enabled as multi-choice

Hello, one year ago I joined typeform and picked a plan to play around a bit. After doing that the next day I canceled my subscription. However after a year I get charged 540€ out of nowhere which is very scary. In the invoice it says that its free and that its a yearly plan but I still got charged 540€ anout which no information is to be found. I already contactee refund team but no one is replying to me. What can I do in this situation? I’m really devastated after this event.

I have the free version. i removed my logo for my company but still see a small versiuon of it in the top left of each page?? how do i remove this so i can send the quiz out? thanks

I am writing to seek assistance with an issue I encountered while trying to claim the offer for the Typeform Free Professional Plan for one year through the GitHub Student Developers Pack.I followed the instructions provided to redeem the offer through the GitHub Student Developers Pack, and everything seemed to be going smoothly. However, when I attempted to claim the offer, the Typeform site did not respond, and I was unable to proceed with the redemption process. Is there any data loss in everyone's GA4 tracking? The average data loss rate for my multiple surveys on Tyformsubmit is 50%. I have consulted technical personnel, but they haven't been able to provide a solution so far.

Having 2 issues when testing my Typeform. One, when selecting a date and time, it immediately progresses to the next slide without pausing so I can review that the date/time are correct. I’m not able to click the “Okay” button that’s there. It just jumps ahead.The other issue is more of a question. What if my calendar is full? Or there is no available date/time that will work for the respondent. There’s no way to capture that information as the real reason no date/time have been selected by the respondent. Testing my typeform right now and I’m just stuck wondering what the respondent would do when the encounter non-availability. I don’t want the respondent to pick a random date or time just to move forward.

TLDR: I am in the home service industry and a lot of contractors are being screwed over by someone using typeform and claiming is their proprietary software to gain contractors trust. I am wondering what is the legality around someone claiming something like this by using typeform?They are basically using conditional formats on typeform questions to redirect to a page. With that being said he has told many contractors he build this software himself and treatens to sue anyone who tries to go directly to typeform to make their own.I was smart enough to figure out typeform is its own thing but I have a few friends locked down by this. I don’t mind he is providing a service but it seems that where he is lying that he trademarked this software is a big LEGAL problem?The company I am talking about is upfrog.com

The “new” free plan is useless.  Ten responses per month.  What a joke!  Basically, type form is saying that virtually everyone needs to have a paid subscription.  I used type form once or twice a year to get free back from a group of teenagers that I mentor as a volunteer.  There are 15-20 people in the group.  As a free user I was happy to advertise type form to this group and their parents.  Now, I will need to look for a different service.  

WHat will be my benefit,by joining this conversation? 

And why won’t they pay an adult to create a higher functioning site? This is absolute trash
