Hey all,Last year, we started Meaningful, a web series on what it takes to build a brand that matters. Why meaningful brands? Because meaningful brands outperform the average brands across all key metrics, including profitability. “Yeah, Paul, we get that, but why is Typeform talking about meaningful brands?” Well, because when we did some deep research of our most loyal customers, we found that people generally use Typeform and VideoAsk for one of two reasons: People care about looking on-brand. You can customize the look and feel of their typeforms (even down to customizing every single question), and VideoAsk couldn’t be more on-brand as it is because it features you, the face of your respective brand. People want to deliver the best on-brand experiences. We found that people really love delivering the best possible experience to their audience, even if it is through a utility like forms, surveys, quizzes, and various ways of exchanging information. Bottom line is brand is more rel
We’re ‘the fun’ people. Or, at least, that’s what other departments think of us, the Employee Engagement Specialists at Typeform. As much as we love that label; for us, engagement goes beyond that. This often involves raising awareness of important issues along with other teams for the company and the employees. With these efforts, we want to create a space where meaningful conversations can happen. Pride Month is one of the topics we need to raise awareness for. It is an opportunity to embrace and celebrate diversity. It is also a moment to reflect and realize society still has a long way to go. Diversity is much more than changing a company's logo colours for a month. Typeform believes that a company should actively promote diversity and enable employees to be their true selves at work. That's why this month, we are launching many external and internal initiatives, such as the creation of a global and local resources page for LGBTQIA people for our employees and a little message and
I just noticed these tonight but if you look way up in the menu header you will see Templates and My Workspace - direct links to both areas! Very nice little added feature @Gabriel and the Typeform Community Team!! des
Hey community I’m Elinor Samuelsson and together with Sofie Wahlström, we are the founders of BrightAct. Find out about our design sprint and if curious watch our Meaningful Conversations talk. The Silent Voices you Don't Hear If you know 3 women, at least 1 will be subjected to sexual or physical violence in her lifetime. There are still many families who suffer in silence, where less than 60% seek help of any sort. Typeform has joined forces with BrightAct to change this. BrightAct - Tech to Address Domestic Violence BrightAct is a Swedish impact startup that builds thoughtful tech to break the cycle of domestic violence, globally. Our mission is to save lives and help families living in unsafe homes. We do this by gathering all support in one place, so it's available wherever you are, whenever you need it. We design apps to guide help seekers to safety, and build a platform to bring the public sector, help organisations and academia together to innovate for society . Introduci
I just asked about my subdomain on type form link. Because of my account has been downgrade so my links have changed the subdomain from "abc.typeform.com" to "form.typeform.com". I just ask when I upgrade my plan, my links change back to my subdomain which i have already signed or not. Thank you.
Hi All, I have set up an awards application form for multiple questions. There are 12 questions at the onset that all applicants must complete and around 3 at the end. Dependant on the one of six categories they are submitting a nomination for on question 12 is dependant on where I want them to be directed. So for example inspirational leader goes to q13 to 16, inspirational trainer Q17 to 20 and consultant Q26 to 28 etc etc with all of them coming back to Q34 to 36 on completion of the 3 to 4 questions specifically relevant to their category. I did it in simple version first which didn’t work so moved to advanced logic as per tutorial. It looks right and overview map is perfect...but when complete the survey that's not what happens they just end up going from each question sequentially - tried a million variations. Not sure what I am doing wrong!!! Also some that I marked as [required] in the early ‘all to complete’ set in the survey via share button don’t restrict people moving on
There are many examples of brands creating special moments, but you need to create your own. Here are two examples to learn from: If you’ve designed a special moment, feel free to share your example so others can learn.Let’s make every interaction count.Paul
Does anyone know how I can send a typeform to multiple emails? I tried dowloading a marketing tool like they said but it is too confusing. All I want to do is send the typeform directly to peoples emails so that they can click through it.Also, how do you send a preview of what the survey would look like to yourself? All I am able to use is the copy link.Thanks.
Here’s your chance to show off! Share the typeforms you’ve built here and how you use them in your life, business, or wherever you’re sharing ‘em.
Keeping it simple, today. Here’s how I think about brand strategy. Hope it’s helpful. Paul
Hello, i have a Pro + account, can´t find my referral link,. Where is it?
I was challenged by a friend to do a quick presentation on why diversity matters for business. So, I made a short video. But let’s be clear. It doesn’t just apply to hiring. Think about what travel experiences do for you. Or think about traveling without traveling (reading, or some other immersive experience) and meeting with people who aren’t like you, etc. Of course, you can always read McKinsey’s study on Diversity here. The point is, expose yourself to different ways of thinking, different perspectives and personalities, and different cultures & behaviors than yours.Just keep an open mind and your world, the world, benefits.Paul
Happy June folks 😎 Another month gone. Time flies when you are busy and working on great things. We launched our community on January the 26th so we are now four to five months in this journey. This space keeps growing and I can’t wait until we reach the 5,000 member mark. I know, it’s just a number, but my ambition was to reach 5,000 by June and it looks like we are pretty much on track! June is Pride Month and our colleague Tomi is driving some really cool content on social media. Make sure to follow us on LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and all those other platforms. This is a recent example of one of our LinkedIn posts. Shout out to Typeform’s designer @Debi for this fab illustration for the campaign: In May we kicked off an initiative called Typeform Love, which is a formal way to say thank you to our most valuable community members. So, if you have received a typeform by our one and only Mariana, you should be hearing from us at some point in the coming weeks. I’m sure you are
How do I add a heatmap to a survey like this,https://www.dialectsofenglish.com/ or thishttps://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2014/upshot/dialect-quiz-map.html I really need to do a heatmap, prefferablly if my veiwers could see it.
Does anybody else have issues with Typeform today? It took triple time to create a form today….I change the name of a button, published, looked like all is good. I go to preview and it does not appear changed.I copy paste some sentences, published, refreshed the page. When I preview - it has reverted to the version before the copy-paste. I go out of preview. Yep, the copy paste text has magically disappeared. Basically no sentence or word that i copy into typeform gets saved. I add a link to a sentence and should be one continuous underline, it just randomly breaks the line after the first word. Now it looks like there are 2 different links instead of one. Am i alone with these?
Hi Friends, Happy Friday! We’re curious to hear if anyone on here is both a Typeform customer and a Salesforce customer? We’re looking to chat with customers who use both tools to run their business and we’d love to hear from you! Did you know Typeform has a Salesforce integration? If not, you can check it out here: https://www.typeform.com/connect/salesforce/ We’d love to talk with you whether or not you have the Typeform/Salesforce integration installed. If you’re open to connecting, please leave a note in the comments! Thanks so much :)
Typeform is just a normal survey site that has a bad design and a terrible community. Also they can’t handle criticism at all.
Not much to say that’s not said in the video. I think there’s many ways to unpack this…
Well still looking for a way to get rid of the navigation (backward and forward) buttons on the type form logo….waiting...waiting… Oh wait...here is a thread that...oh...that was made a month ago and its still not fixed or upgraded….Well thats no good….maybe I should just use another platform because this thing is still in beta.
Hi!I want to use typeform to organize my clients´ sushi orders. Already made a typeform but when I try to set wich orders have been taken or not the only option that appears is “download” and “delete”. It will help me a lot if you can add something like “archive” or “done” or even other editable folders in which we can organize the completed form like Facebook does. something like the red square “move to “ready” Please, that will be very helpful to my job. Thank you!
Thinking about the people who power our businesses today. We all want to bring our best self to work, but there are so many things that get in the way, so many friction points, and so much politics and ego to wade through. But it doesn’t have to be that way.Employees are people, too. If we give the same attention EX as we do to UX, and help people do their best work despite the challenges and obstacles in their way, we would’ve done a great thing for the overall bottom-line, sure -- but people also leave their workday behind with a sense of pride and accomplishment, thus impacting their home and community as an extension of a company’s potential impact.#peoplefirst

Hi Everyone, I am setting up a 360 Review, the template so far is great however I have discovered some concerns on how to implement this. Each person will evaluate 4 work colleagues, however, how do I set up in the template a randomised list so the employee reviewing their colleagues is just given a colleague to review in their team? We also have smaller and bigger teams and I want to make sure that each person who is reviewing their colleagues, everyone gets a fair chance in each team to be reviewed and review 4 other colleagues. Thanks!
