Typeform conversations

I’ve started to explore using Fathom as an alternative to Google Analytics … so far I like what i am seeing and on a couple of my test typeforms i am getting good results.. I really like the url builder component myself… Not recommending it yet but is anyone else in the Typeform-verse using it yet? (here is link to their site, just in case) 

Hello, I am receiving an error on the “view plans” page. I am trying to upgrade from my free plan, but the page does not let me advance and throws an error “Argh! Something went wrong.” I have tried different browsers and another device. Please advise. attached here

Hello, I need to put on my website a Typeform form. A support form for my team “care”. I would like to propose only one form, but I actually use 4 records type of Tickets in Salesforce. Is it possible to create different record type of ticket in Salesforce since one form according to the fields filled in ?  Many thanks

Hi, I’m trying to put some order in my list of typeforms already created but I cannot see any way to create sub-directories/folders to provide some structure.Anyone knows how to do it? ThanksAdolfo 

As a thank you for completing a 15 question survey we want to be able to send them a copy of what they entered, ideally in a way that is beautiful. Currently my options are to extract in table format or duplicate the survey every time and send back as a summary, but this is not scaleable?  

I wish to create a quiz with 4 options and 4 labels for each question.An Opinion Scale with a changing graphic on the right would have been perfect, however the 4/4 design for each question does not seem possible on Typeform (based on other community questions).So, I believe I am left with Picture Choice type of questions - although if anyone knows of another option??QUESTIONS:Is there a design available in Picture Choice where I can upload a background image? I have watched every video that I can find and still can figure out what I’m doing wrong… this is what I see when I open my account to create:So I click on Create Typeform and then Start from Scratch - and then the blank page comes up… Can anyone tell me where to find the “add your first question” tab? Thanks for your help,Kate 

Hey there - we’re looking to give our form respondents the ability to see what % of other people think the same as them. Ideally they can see the % appear live when they click on their answer, but I appreciate that the answer would not have been saved until the form is submitted so this is likely not possible. The alternative thought was to link them into the generated report, but we don’t wish to disclose how many people have completed the form. Is there a way to hide the response # from the report (and show only percentages), in the same way you might hide a specific question? Thanks in advance! 

Hi, wondering if someone has had this experience or a possible explanation? Many thanks!We have a Typeform questionnaire, and when people submit  it, we web hook the answers on our back end.  So the answers appear on the Typeform results tab, as well as within our WordPress backendThis morning we had someone complete the Typeform (presumably), as we saw it on our WordPress web-hooked backend, including his name and email and some other info entered. But...and this is the odd bit! We could not find his form submission in Typeform results/answers.  Has this happened to you?  Would love to understand it.  Cheers,Bela

When I share the link to my typeform a 3 year old image pops up that no longer fits my brand. This image has not been on my type form for over 2 years but continues to be what is shared when i share this link. How to do I get it to change?!?!?

Hi all, I have a question.I am using typeform as a requestform for services. One of those services is to retrieve a printer from the customer for example. I am wondering if there is a possibility to repeat questions for when it comes to more than 1 printer?So when 1 printer has to be retrieved, the user must enters brand, model and serialnumber. When the user indicates that more printers are involved these questions should be repeated.

Hi allI wonder if someone can help: I’m surveying 1,000+ school students to ask them what they think of their chosen study subjects. See screenshot below. Students have 3 subjects each Across all 1,000+ students there are 100s of combinations (e.g. English, Maths, History).  I know what subjects each student studies and can embed them in the URL as hidden fields What I can’t work out how to do is then present each subject as a line in a 3 Row Matrix.Any idea how I do this or recommendations of other survey providers who do have this feature if it can’t be done in TypeForm?Thank you in advance for any help.Charlie

Hi there, I am new to typeform and am making it work on my own - so far.What I want to achieve:Collect numbers per country. Only for selected countries.That I have achieved. Example, someone ticks France, Germany, USA and Japan they will be prompted with entry forms for each of the ticked countries and not all the others. What is missing:I want to repeat the above for a previously selected group of people, e.g. “business man”, “sales man”, “worker”, “taxi driver”, etc.So, if someone ticks “worker” and “taxi driver” and in the next step selects (e.g.) three countries they should see 6 windows (3 countries for “worker” and 3 countries for “taxi driver”).(the above is an example, in total I have 19 stakeholders and 22 countries) I started with question groups but am unable to get it right.Anyone here who did something similar and can share an example? Thank you very much,   Tim

Hello.We are trying to track typeform leads conversions on facebook, for this I’ve already added our FB pixel to typeform and event is being received on FB.My issue is that we have multiple forms for specific campaigns running on embedded forms on our landing pages so I created a custom conversion on FB listening for the FormSubmitted event of Typeform. Unfortunately this conversion will track all events on each form without distinction.For this, I would like to add rules to the custom conversion based on the URL but this works on the base URL only.ie: If my Landing page url is https://www.domain.com/fb/form-a , and y add the convertion rule to match URL contains “fb/form-a” it wont track the conversion but only if I set the rule to URL contains “www.domain.com”Why the FormSubmitted event is sending only the base URL instead of  the full URL to FB? Is there a way to send the full URL in order to create an accurate conversion. Thanks.

I’m deploying a single form on a client site that contains multiple products and dynamically populating a hidden field to ensure that each form is product specific. That’s all well and good and working just fine. I’d like to utilize a design layout that contains an image, but that image would need to dynamic as well so it shows the image of the product that the user clicked. Is that possible?
