Your typeform results

Hello,We spent several hours over two days completing a Typeform questionnaire in Chrome on Windows. We were about 150 questions through 200. Today when we opened the form, it prompted us to submit. Unfortunately only about 30 of those responses actually went to the recipient and there are 120 missing.Is there any way for a respondent to access the answers from the local cache? They must be in there, since it had automatically saved so many times. But when we open the form in the browser, it’s now totally blank since it was “submitted.”

Hello there!I am just getting started with Typeform and maybe my question is very elementary.I want to create a lead-gen tool, whereby customers would receive a list of items, based on their answers to the questionnaire. To do so, I would have to connect a database (4 columns, a dozen of rows to start) to the survey responses, and to run a couple of quick calculations in the background. This would be to ensure that the list corresponds to what the customer is looking for.I see a lot of content around how to export responses into Google Sheet, but I wanted to know if the opposite was also possible?

hiya, Hi, I'd like to know how to index answers in typeform, so I can easily create user databases for analytics. Right now we do matching with strings, which is complex and clunky. I know typeform now indexes questions.  But can we index the multiple choice or multiple selection answers, so each option has a unique identifier?

I’ve been using the same form for several years, embedded in my webpageMy drop-off rate on the welcome page were 36% for warm traffic and 65% for cold traffic.These last three weeks I have had drop-off rates on the welcome screen of 99%I track the numbers of clicks on my links (bitly link keeps track)This matches the number of people who reach my welcome screen.Then a 99% drop-off.Thinking it might be a wordpress issue, I’ve had my web developer rebuild the whole site from scratch.We’ve checked that the start button is visible on the screen.But I still have the same numbers with the new site.Any ideas?Tara

Hi all, I’d like to put together a simple agreement that I’d like our community to ‘sign’/agree to. I’d collect the person’s name, email and using legal question type get them to agree to a few clauses (like T&C, but also NDA etc.).I’m wondering if any of you use Typeform in a similar way and if there is any legal effect from such agreement? If the person would then act against the clauses they agreed to before, could their answers and consent be a legal proof?Many many thanks!

Dear all, somehow in the latest typeform I published I didn’t get any of the notifications although they're “on” and my colleague, who's supposed to receive them too, does get them.I really got none of the 45 answers; my colleagues got them all. Any idea? Hi All,Since new features on the results table, xlsx downloads are missing a lot of data for me… All the opinion scale answers are missing in the Excel file. (same thing for CSV by the way!)Did anyone experience that? did you have a solution for that issue? Any help for that please.Issam  

We need to get at least 3 responses to our form before we send our app download link. Is there a way to have logic that counts the meta number of responses, and sends folks to a different final page (with the app download link vs “thanks, we’ll send you the link soon!”) based on the total responses?

Hello Guys,I was trying to implement google ads conversion on type form but facing one problem here, i have setup the conversion code on thank you page, and i need the conversion amount to be tracked with conversion data, i tried integrating the google analytics but there as well i am not sure if its tracking the amount, and as i tried using GTM but as i am using payment module it gave me a message that i cant use GTM with payment module, Please helpThanks

I have a question asking respondents what country they live in. Several respondents have complained that when they scroll down to their country, the questions skips to the next question. Initially, I assumed it was a phone issue but I just checked on my brand new iPhone13 Pro Max and it does the same thing. Is there a workaround? Should I change the question to a multiple choice instead of using the dropdown?

I will be sending my clients a review form with hidden fields, such as name and project number. I would like to create question’s that is ‘Name’ and ‘Project Number’, but I want my clients to not see the question. I need the response though so that I can port that information back into my Project Management software when the results come in.Worst case scenario is I have a question like this:Hi John, thanks for taking the time to review our services! I’m using a survey to see how customer’s views change about my company over time. I’ve enabled multiple completions, but today I noticed a slack message to notify that I’ve had a repeat form fill. I’ve not seen any update on the results page to reflect a second completion. Changing summary view to filter for today’s date hasn’t helped.I have the typeform integrated with hubspot as well - nothing showing as updated on there. I don’t think the notification fired incorrectly, so thinking there’s something not letting data display how I’d like to see it?Struggling to find an answer. 

anyone else have a problem copying the link when thing is done and keeps brining you to a log in screen or follow the rabbit what do I do?

I plan on using unique forms containing a hidden field (so each survey URL would be unique) and would like to collect responses from people and offer them a chance to get back and review (not change, just look at) the data they entered. This means I would like for them to submit their form, close the browser or even switch the device and come back to the form results the next day or so.Is this possible at all using Typeform?

This is the second time I have seen this, triplicate entries and not just the same person answering the survey multiple times, the records are all exactly the same and within minutes of one another?  Thoughts?  

Hey there! We are using Typeform surveys to get feedback from our customers after a certain touchpoint experience. Depending on the feedback, the user gets directed to different Typeform survey endings. In some of the endings, we are using the CTA Button to link to a review plattform, that is not owned by us. As we want to measure how many users clicks the button, I was wondering if I can somewhere find this statistic?  E.g. 20 people saw the ending and 8 people clicked on the button link. Kind regards from Cologne GermanyTobi from Wildling Shoes

We need to share the results with our customerWhen we try to go to the sharing results link we get the message:This report is private. Read our Help Center article to find out how.I have tried (I think) all the possible solutions found in the help center but it does not work.Is it something related to the free plan? Hi! I wonder if after the paid plan subscription expires, will i still have access to the report i generated for the link?I have quite a few open-ended questions answered in this report, but I no longer need access to a paid plan. If I unsubscribe, will I lose access to the report in the link? Or maybe even if I unsubscribe, I will still be able to access this report?If I unsubscribe, do polls created while subscribing disappear? What's the matter with them? Will I still have access to them?

Hi guys,I would like to ask how I can work around my Typeform in mobile. I cannot scroll it up once it reaches the end where you get to submit the form, but it works when using incognito. 

Hi, I am trying to create a campaign, where my subscribers go from Sendinblue to my Typeform (integrated), with email sent as a hidden field to Typeform. Then those filling out the form, answering some questions would be segmented based on their data, and get back to Sendinblue. But, my problem is that Sendinblue cannot identify the hidden field parameter when mapping the data from Typeform. I tried to work around this by adding my hidden email field somewhere in Typeform as an answer, but that’s not possible with Typeform either. Is there a way to work around this? It’s really lame that I send people from Sendinblue to Typeform, with their data passed to hidden field, but cannot get it back to Sendinblue, when they finish the survey.Thanks

Hello everyone.Is there a way to save open questions and their answers in a PDF-report?I only saw the possibility to include open questions in an online report that you can access through a link. When trying to download the report as a PDF, the open questions/answers are no longer visible.I’d be glad if you could help me with that.Thanks a lot in advance!AWO International

Hi, I am currently sending out our survey embedded in an email with personalised URLs (topic & ID). The topic is returned as expected for all survey responents (string), the ID hidden field (string with letters and numbers) is not being returned for any of the survey responses. I double checked the URL and the hidden field settings and could not detect any issues. Is there anything else I need to keep in mind?
