Hello there, I am looking at VideoAsk as a feature to include in the customer onboarding process of my company.I understand I am going to use provided webhooks to subscribe to response events.Now my concern is about wether or not I can pass custom parameters to the response object exposed by these webhooks.Reading your doc I found out I can use URL query parameters. I understand how it works for supported contact information properties (name, email, phone number). I am still in doubt regarding custom parameters.In the link hereafter we learn that yes, you can pass whatever is supported by URL query parameters in general. https://www.videoask.com/help/customization/4405766063764-hidden-features-in-videoask#h_01FE3V6CGN1ARMNYGKZ0MN1AR1 But then my question is if I were to use a parameter, say “internalId=123”, will it be included in the response object aforementioned? Thank you in advance for you answer, Aldric

Hi, We use VideoAsk in our product and we would need to limit the number of take an applicant can do for a given question.At the moment, we can only limit the video length.Is it something you are planning to add soon? Thank you team,Ben

Can Testimonial videos received from clients, can they be downloaded for use elsewhere and to have a copy of the raw footage or at least the same quality as when received.

Hi Videoask community, Is it possible to send one-time Videoask URLs to recipients? I have a specific use-case where I only want my customers to be able to access a Videoask once, without the ability to share it with others.I have resorted to manually changing the password on a set date, but this obviously isn’t practical, nor logical. Any suggestions would be hugely appreciated! Thanks, Barney

I am looking to embed VideoAsk into our website. We have a user’s name and email after they login, and I want to make sure that their video ask is prepopulated with those details. I am using an Iframe to load VideoAsk into my website. What’s the best way to set those fields?  Another follow up question would be to how to populate a database with the VideoAsk of the user automatically after they have completed their interview. Thanks!

I am asking a question on VideoAsk to my following. When they press the ‘text’ button to reply (on a mobile) to the question I have asked, the questions disappears with the video so I am conscious they may want to refer back to the written question I have asked. Is this possible? Or do i have to hope they remember the exact question I ask?

Hey there, I have created an opt in form using the pop ups from elementor and I want to transfer the variable (lead details) from the pop up form to videoask.I read up on how to do it but was unsuccessful.Any advice on this?

We have the Consent Field marked to show in videoask, but not required to enable/check. If the visitor does check it, we want to pass it to a website. We can do this with the other form fields ( https://www.videoask.com/help/tracking/360044540211-how-to-use-variables ) - I am not seeing ‘consent’ when I try to access the variable list when I hit ‘@’ when I build the redirect link. Any ideas? 

Hi guys,just a quick question!Am I mistaken or is there a change in the contact collection function?I was unter the impression that when the function is enabled on a step it is forced to the contact form after clicking a button on the same step. Step send Text - form and get info - write text - sendsame for audio message and video call NOW it is:Stef send text - type text - click send - send - fill in form Do I have to change any settings I did not have to before?I need the fill in contact form before making the video call, before sending the text… Looking forward to your help.Many thanks,Patrick

Hi, I just received my first testimonials and a couple are anonymous. And they aren’t showing up at all. Wondering if it’s something I’m doing on my end or if they just are having trouble loading … 

  I have the facebook ads integration set up per the instructions here, and the videoask_presented and videoask_Question_submitted is working, but I cannot find the generate_lead event anywhere in the facebook pixel. Is it possible this goes by a different name? Any help would be appreciated 

Hello - I’m trying to sign up as a new customer.  When I first went to the website, it said there was a summer sale with $28/month with annual payment on the 3rd tier.  When I follow the prompts to accept that option, it isn’t in the subscription options.  I’ve tried second messages the last couple of days to get this correct with no response, and you don’t seem to have a phone number to resolve.  I’d really like to get my account up and running, but under the deal ya’all advertised.  How do I get this going?

Hi, could someone help? I’ve embedded a videoask as an iframe half way down my website homepage. Unfortunately, when this page loads it’ll jump straight down to the videoask and miss out all the info above. It does this with all iframe embedding on desktop but never on mobile. Is there a way to fix this? Thanks

When a user completes my videoask and enters their email address, the user is never added to the videoask Contact list. This problem started withing the last 12 hours. Is there a known issue?

Hello All,and I have one further question:We are using the full version of videoask and I need my team members to answer video calls.after giving the access and trying the function we hade the problem that only to my account the calls were going through. Hello All,  We are new to VA.  It appears to allow us to add a New Contact but the New Contact is not being displayed.  On top it shows a total of 10 Contacts but only 6 are displayed.  I cannot seem to find a solution in the self-help or community forum. Thanks so much. rey 

Hi, like every 2/3 days today videoask has problems. Today we are already 3, account owners that we pay that we can't even see the forms that users send and consequently this does not start webhook requests. The problem has been happening for about 1 hour and it doesn't seem to have gone away.

We have a Video Ask embed on this page - it gets embedded in a more mobile-layout due to the two-column layout of the page:https://america250.org/share-your-story/Right now, the blue 'Video', 'Audio' and 'Text' buttons only show after you click 'Play' on the video.We're finding users are having trouble knowing they can share - is it possible to show those buttons on the screen even before the user hits the 'play' button on the video with this setup?
