Has anyone been able to choose a custom thumbnail for videos? There’s no option to choose one and the thumbnail is random. If there’s an option to have a custom thumbnail this would increase performance a lot and be applicable to everyone on the platform. 

Hi! Is there any way we can upload a custom thumbnail/share image? It looks weird that the thumbnail is a close-up shot of my face when I share links via social media/messages.I tried adding an image at the start of the video using Capcut and uploaded that video to Videoask, but thumbnails are randomly chosen and unfortunately, the image at the start of the video isn’t one of the options.

Hi! i would like to know if that is possible to make the first video of my funnel stop at a certain time, ask for the contact info and when they enter it they can continue watching the video. Thanks!

I've recently started using VideoAsk as part of the training within my educational membership. I create a videoask with a question and my members (students) reply with their own videos. This is working great.However, I would like to limit replies-to-replies to just text. So right now:I create the videoask with a question - 👍 Member responds with a video reply - 👍 I reply to the member with feedback - 👍 Member has the option to continue sending videos back to me - 👎I want to stop the back-and-forth video after step 3. So when a member gets a videoask reply from me, I want them to have the option to respond in text or not respond at all. Is that possible?

I have a question regarding uploading the logo. No matter which format I choose from the recommended list, there’s always a blank margin around the logo, making it look small. Is this supposed to happen, or am I doing something wrong? I’d appreciate your thoughts and any solution you might suggest. I've already send the support team an email, but they forwarded me to the page with logo tips, which I already used.Please see the examples below (screenshots). I created each format from the list in Illustrator to test how it would look, but the white space remains with each format.  

Hi, I am building my first videoask to put it on my website. I build it but in the mobile view it appears with the button "answer" and then the people need to click on it for selecting one of my option (in the first image i show you how it appears).I want it to show the options and not that button that redirects people in another window, in the second image I show you how i want it to look like and i want it that all happens on the same window.How can i do it?Thank you so much, Antonio. P.S. New here and trying to find the easiest platform to record, clean up and then add my videos.  I’m a neophyte in this department, but I want my videos to look professional.  Who is using what out there - any AI video recorders that are ideal to make me look like a pro on my video?

Hello, thanks for any input.  I run a digital agency helping local home services businesses.  Essentially, I’d like to embed a welcome video on their website with 3 CTA buttons. The welcome video will be about 40 sec long. The 3 buttons will be Contact Us, Book an Appt, Learn More. The Learn More button will be a 1 min video with 2 CTAs - one button will be to another video 1 min long.  So, each customer will have a VideoAsk of a total of 4 mins of video total if the had a 4th video.  That’s it, per month, per customer.  All videos will be static with no more video consumption minutes needed.  I’d like to have about 50 customers total and a white label ability.  How many minutes requirement per year does this equate to for my agency needs?   2400m / year plan??

Hey,I’m new to video guides and exploring different options. I really like Videoask, but I’m curious if it’s just for embedding videos on landing pages, or if there’s also an option to have a video pop-up? Hello, i have a livecall videoask but when somebody calls, in admin side we do not have any notification. What can we do?

HiI’m doing some testing so I have the free version. When I add a contact form on my last video it also creates a contact form on th first one. If I delete the contact form from the first one it also disappears from the last one. Why is that? Is that a limit only on the free version?  

My thumbnail isn’t showing when I copy and paste the link. I’ve tried everything and it’s not working already for 6 days. Please can you help as I can’t do anything right now with the generic thumbnail. It’s a big part of my work and it makes me really nervous. Thanks 

Hello - I need to understand if a respondent re-records their video, does every re-record count towards my allowances of minutes? I'm conscious a user could re-record multiple times and so my allowance is quickly decreased. I'm hoping just each uploaded/submitted video counts towards minutes processed. Thanks in advance.

Could someone explain why I keep getting anonymous replies with no videos. I signed up and created an account yesterday. I sent the link out to loads of people. I've had a few actual videos but the rest keep coming back with the anonymous.response  

I have a video ask that is getting a good amount of traffic. At the end of a tiktok lead form I push the user to record a video ask using the video ask link. Some of the videos come through but a majority of them look like this in my dashboard. Is there a fix for this?

Hey, we've had some feedback that the replaying gif on the corner of the website is annoying on mobile. Is there a way that users can remove it? I can explain it and close the playing video but no way of closing the small circle. I can't find the option. Thanks so much! Merv 😊

Hi all, I’m developing a website and my customer wants to use videoask during the onboarding procedure (when an invited user enter in the website for the first time). In this phase, the user fills various fields like name, job, and so on, and, at the end, he should record a video with some information about him. My customer ask me to do it by using VideoAsk. After recording the video, I have to store something (I think some reference to the video) in my DB, so other users in the community can see the video.How to do this by VideoAsk?Thanks!

I’ve gone ahead and added my Facebook pixel to one of my video asks, and I’d like to be able to create a conversion event when someone submits their contact information.What’s the next step here? I’m not sure how to create a custom conversion event with VideoAsk - thank you!

Is it possible for our submitters to upload a image for their video background similar to what a user can do in a Zoom or Team meeting?
