Is there a way that I can change the GO text to the word NEXT on the button to advance to the next video question? If so, where do I go to do so?

I’ve been testing my VIDEOASK and it’s collected some “user” data. I would rather delete that data than copy the video and re paste all the urls. 

Hi, Video Ask Tribe,I’m happy with the branding of my first VA overall. But the fields where the audience needs to write their comments and the last screen, where I need to give instructions and they need to answer are not legible. THey need a white background with black text. Is that possible? How can I do it? If this is not possible, what can I do with the current branding options to get these fields to be more legible? Hi, I uploaded my videos but the color is very whitened. I read about this problem before and the solution should be: format to mp4 and 1080x1920. I did both but without success. Do you have any suggestion?

Is it possible in VideoAsk to have people call me directly on my phone or our 1-800 number? I tried to create a “call us know” button link to our telephone number, but I could not find a way to do it. VideoAsk is excellent for initiating video calls and having end users click a button and make a direct call will help tremendously to increase our direct calls. I ask this here because if it’s not possible, it’s such an excellent feature and a potential game changer for any company with a business running around direct calls to a call center or a persona that receives direct calls from potential clients. If not possible, what are my options to show my telephone?Thanks.Max

Is there a way to disable the download button on the “Share all interactions” page? I’d love to share the video replies for the public to see, but don’t want it to be so easy for them to download and save the video.I’ve looked all over but can’t find any settings to turn the download button off. Any tips would be great! Thanks!  

Hello. How do I end a videoask with an action button that allows recipients to either: click on a button to download a form/materials such as a PDF click on a button to take them to a spcific URL.I was able to add a BUTTON but couldn’t get it to do anything.Thank you,Javier

Hi there. You have good clear on instructions on how to pass a variable from Mailchimp into a Videoask if you Videoask is embedded in an email.  You mention three specific variables you can pass from Mailchimp: Email, Name, and Phone.  I want to pass the email from Mailchimp as you indicate, but I also want to pass a custom variable which I will set at the time of embedding (basically a question number telling me what question they answered, which helps me number responses). I have tried all different formats in the code - adding it onto the url the usual way I have in website embeddings (#question_number=3200), adding it in the Mailchimp format after ?autoplay=true (#question_number=*|3200|*) etc.  I can’t quite seem to figure it out.  Appreciate any suggestions.  

I am using VideoAsk for customer onboarding. I am using hidden fields to identify my customers before they start the VideoAsk. At one point I want to ask them to refer another member of their organization by submitting the contact form. Where is this information stored? I cant find this filled contact form anywhere…Thanks!

Hey there!in the best case, the leads in my videoask end up booking a date in the calendar. Is it possible to display an alternative button next to the displayed calendar? Greetings, Finja 

Hey! I am creating a video where I would like to implement text with emails (which people have to use to give us access) into the sidebar where the question+answers are situated. Is there any possibility of not putting the text as an overlay on the actual video but actually putting it in the sidebar?

Hi, When I upload a video to my videoask, the program automatically aplies a yellow filter on my video that change the natural light in which it was recorded. I don’t know how to fix that. I’m recording with my Iphone 13 camera in 4K and 60fps, and before uploading it has a high quality, but when I upload… it changes. If someone can help me, Thanks.

Hi everyone, We’d like to use an NPS feedback in our videoask. However, the goal is to collect long term feedback from individual users and see how their ratings change over time. After digging around on the website I couldn’t find an exact answer, but is it possible to view respondent’s individual scores if we skip data collection (i.e. everyone remains anonymous)? Any answers, tips or feedback welcome!

Hi,Is it possible to create a condition based on a custom variable’s value? For example, I’d like to pass a variable customer_has_trial_left and if true, I would like to be able to offer the customer to start a trial, but only if he still has a trial left, otherwise it goes to another step. If not possible, what workarounds are possible?Thanks

I have an application where I am seeking feedback from customers but want the option to default to a screen share in the “open ended” response bucket. I realize you can do this through the “video” response, but I think conversion would be higher for many viewers who assume this means recording a video of _themselves_ not just a video of their _Screen_. If this is possible already, let me know!

I can successfully delete the first response when I try to do so, but deleting the second one causes an error message; I must reload the page to continue deleting responses. Please offer assistance as I've tried Chrome, Firefox, and Safari with no improvement.

If someone responds to my videoask with the text option, then my assumption is that is their preferred method of communicating.  I only see the option to respond to them via video or audio. Is responding via text not an option?
