Hello community. I'm having trouble recording. My camera is a logitech meet up webcam. The quality of the camera must be higher than that taken into account by videoAsk. Do you know how to solve the problem?

When viewers click on my videoask the video starts play with three button options that take you to a contact form. When you click on the button to access the contact form the video starts playing again. How do I stop it from playing again?

I keep getting an error message  when trying to share via email in the app.The email that generates has nothing it in and when i go back to the video ask app, it says opps you need to set up your email.  I tried a test email and it just sends a blank email.I haven't found any instructions anywhere on additional app/email set up . the app is up to date. is there something I need to set up to make this work in the app? Could you direct me to instructions for sending video ask in the app specifically. This is referring to sending a new video ask specifically.. not replying to someone that has responded to. replys are working fine. 

Is VideoAsk available to be used offline?I require it to be available offline as it will be used in remote regions, many of which don't have phone signal nor internet to connect to.  

How long does the process take to be approved as an affiliate link to share with others?

I see the multiple choice options. I would like two features:The ability to strictly control the minimum and maximum number of selections allowed (like I can in Typeform). Example: select your favorite colors (1-3): red, orange, yellow, green, blue, violet The ability to have an “other” option, where the user can provide a short free-response text input (like I can in Typform)Please let me know if this is already possible and I just have not figured out how to do it.

What are the options for importing contacts into videoask?  

HI,While watching my video you can press a button to go and fill out a contact information form. The problem is that if you press the button to go to the contact form before the video has reached the end, you still hear the sound of the video even though you are already on the contact form screen and not on the video screen. Is there a way to solve the problem?   

I integrated VideoAsk into Zapier. How can I access the transcripted Text there? Only the link to the Answer is sent through the Webhook. I need the transcripted text there.

Hello Videoask Team, I'm trying to do 2 things...1. Have my buttons show up on the VA even before it's played; and 2. The current buttons are transparent with green text. How do I get the buttons to use solid white background instead of being transparent? Thanking you, Aftab

I am still testing VideoAsk to see if it will work for my application and I built a simple form and on mobile I need to play the video a few times to get the button to load. I have no delay set at all. 

My four multiple choice answers are visible if I can avoid text wrapping.I observe that the answer boxes are wider when width="560px"and narrower when width="100%" or width="680px".Is there a general rule that I can count on to avoid text wrapping?(Note: I am not asking about the 255 character limit.)

I work with Deaf users and sign language.  I would like to have them watch a video and respond while the video is playing.   Is that possible.  When I designed some small surveys, and hit preview, it allows me to record my response while watching the video playing.  I shared this with a colleague and she says that no, she can not record her answer and simultaneously watch the video.   I must be doing something wrong.  Help

It must be an easy fix, but apparently, I cannot find the correct way of doing it :DSo the question is how do I remove this “Reply” button and get the multiple choice to show after it?thanks in advance for your help! 

My first video segment includes some graphics that I explain with voiceover. I would rather that the viewer ONLY SEES ME talking muted prior to when they click PLAY — in other words: to have the looping muted video just be the first twenty seconds of that first video segment. The workaround I’m trying to avoid is to have the viewer click PLAY and then need to click CONTINUE after twenty seconds. Ideas?

Hello, I am currently having a problem with the payment configuration. The connection with Stripe is fine.  Hello,I uploaded my synthesia-made video to the videoask. However, the original version does not fit the screen, it is too focused. If I choose 'fit the video' option, then it there is a big plack gap on the upper side and down side of the video. How can I fix this problem? Best, Levent

Buttons suddenly not visible on mobile site?

Hey Guys, Im desperate because Videoask stopped working here.I have tons of videos collected with videoask. All of them are connected with my platform by APIs and embeding URL.Today, feel hours ago, all of them have stopped and don’t play anymore, Even the oldest, as you can see here: https://museudapessoa.org/historia-detalhe/?id=42392.I’m still colleting new videos, they can be played inside Videoask platform, but they don’t play anymore when the embed link is executed.Are anyone with the same problem?
