Hello, I am currently having a problem with the payment configuration. The connection with Stripe is fine. But impossible to change the amount in the interface... which remains hopelessly at 0.50doll.  Please, I need an answer I should have finished this topic last night. Why is it bugging? Hey Guys, Im desperate because Videoask stopped working here.I have tons of videos collected with videoask. All of them are connected with my platform by APIs and embeding URL.Today, feel hours ago, all of them have stopped and don’t play anymore, Even the oldest, as you can see here: https://museudapessoa.org/historia-detalhe/?id=42392.I’m still colleting new videos, they can be played inside Videoask platform, but they don’t play anymore when the embed link is executed.Are anyone with the same problem?Â
I am still testing VideoAsk to see if it will work for my application and I built a simple form and on mobile I need to play the video a few times to get the button to load. I have no delay set at all.Â

 Hello,I uploaded my synthesia-made video to the videoask. However, the original version does not fit the screen, it is too focused. If I choose 'fit the video' option, then it there is a big plack gap on the upper side and down side of the video. How can I fix this problem? Best, Levent

I’m working on a sequence that has many multiple choice options. However, on mobile the viewer is unable to view on screen. Is there an option to scroll on the videoask page to view and select? It appears any more options than C won’t be viewable and clickable?Â
I have a problem using VideoAsk with Make.com (Teams plan)I don't know if the problem is in the VideoAsk or Make.com part.I have 2 org in VideoAsk : My Org and My Company Org (Brand Plan).I'm one of the Admin of the Company org.When i'm connecting to VideoAsk from Make.com, i only see the Video from My Org and can't see the video from the Company Org.When I try to access VideoAsk from Zappier, I can see everythings.Anyone can help me ? Another linked question :There is two ways to connect from VideoAsk :- For the first one, you just have to click on a link, and click accept on the next pop-up. After that, I can see Make in the Authorized Apps in VideoAsks settings.- For the second one, I have to enter a Client ID and a Client Secret and I can't see where I could find that in VideoAsk.Anyone know what to do ? Maybe using this second way will solve my first problem :)
Hello,Is there any way we can show the answers of our videoask without showing the name and email of the users who record it? We activated the skip data collection option and disabled “collect contact details on this step” but still when we show the answers this type of info is shown (name + email of the user).Thanks!Â

I created a first scenario in French and then I duplicated it to turn it into English.When I changed the subtitles for the English version, the subtitles also changed in the French scenario and I do not understand why.Could you help ?

Is there a way on Videoask to blur the background of the camera when recording myself? (Whether I'm the "Videoasker" or the person who is replying to the videoask)Â Similar to how Zoom allows you to blur your background. Like in this pic from Google showing how to blur background on ZoomÂ

Hi team,I’m having some issues with some of my forms.I’ve created those forms:single step poll options single step with a button redirecting to a websiteI’ve connected a webhook to both of them and here’s what happens:If I don’t use “collect contact data”, the webhook is never triggered If I use “collect contact data”, the webhook is triggered but the “answers” array is empty.Are you aware of this issue? Am I doing something wrong? PS: I have other “single step” forms with text/video/calendar/file upload as answer type and they work just fine. Thank you !

Hi team,I am currently integrating the video ask API in my backend to generate forms programmatically (among other things).In order to get an access_token, I need to manually get an authorization code from my browser, then call https://auth.videoask.com/oauth/token with the code + scope=offline_access to get a refresh token.So far so good… except that refresh tokens expires after 30 days.This mean that I would need to remind myself to manually get a new refresh token every ~25 days or so to make sure my backend does not break.Am I missing something? Is there a solution to automatize it all? Thank you,Ben
As we are applying for several grant programs, a pro-forma invoice would be greatly appreciated to show the cost of our subscription for the next 12 months. This invoice will be used to demonstrate our commitment to the program and to secure funding for our continued use of VideoAsk. Is anyobody knows how to get a Pro Forma from VideoAsk?Â
