Videoask: Skip answering a question?

Hey team,In my VideoAsk, we’d like to give people 15 or so questions to answer, but allow them to skip the ones they don’t want to respond to. Is there a way to allow someone to skip that I am not seeing?

Shown text when video call is waiting to be answered

Dear community,I don’t find a solution in changing the shown term when a customer started a video call and is waiting for the call being answered. I am using Videoask in German but can't find any options in language settings to change this term: Wir suchen jemanden, Ihren Anruf nehmen… which is just a wrong expression.I am looking forward to reading from you.Thank’s a lot!Patrick

bankcard or creditcard, either one should be OK

In order to start using any paid VideoAsk Plan, there seems to be no other option than enter creditcard details. I have stopped using them however, for a reason.I want to upgrade So I would like to use the (only) alternative option: my bank account. The card linked to it is governed (checked, validated) by SEPA (European payments area) and supposed to be valid worldwide. But VideoAsk does not allow me to?VideoAsk , do you discriminate bankcardholders??

Allow others to make a videoask?

I am trying to use video ask as a tool for entrepreneurs to ask a question of a network of advisors in a secure environment. As such, I have built out the workflow, but and now I want to be able to give access to entrepreneurs to create a videoask using my template and then I will share it with my network. Does anyone have suggestions about how I can accomplish this?

"Record Your Answer" video button. Can I change it?

Hello:We are using VideoAsk to collect video testimonials from customers. I cannot find a way to change the “Record your answer” button. Given the fact it’s a testimonial, the word “answer” really doesn’t fit here. It is the only option / button however that I can use to launch the video record sequence. Thanks in advance! Michael.

Sharing my VideoAsk template with others

I’m trying to figure out how to create a workflow for an entrepreneurial community to ask questions/state challenges to a network of advisors and then have the advisors respond with their willingness to help and provide a date/time they would be willing to jump on a call. How do I create a workflow that would allow entrepreneurs to record their own video ask and submit to me? Once it is created and submitted, I will select five advisors to receive and respond to the video ask by agreeing to provide advising and suggesting a time and date. I will then facilitate the meeting and set up the time/dateHow do I create this workflow? I built something, but I’m not sure if it is going to work.

There’s a lot that can be done to keep your videoask account in order, set up permissions for team members and keep track of video/audio processing minutes, so we’ve compiled a list of top tips to get you started: Name your organization, switch organizations or leave an organization When you create a VideoAsk account you become the owner of the organization. It will automatically be called My organization, if you would like to give it a name or update the name at any time you can do so by going to the Account Org & Settings: Select Overview: Then set a name for your organization: If you get invited to another person's organization it will appear in the drop down list at the top of your inbox so you can easily switch between organizations any time: If you would like to leave an organization you will need to be in that organization, go to your Account Org & Settings and select Team. VideoAsk API: Can I access single answers in real time? For example via web hook

Hello, reading the API docs of VideoAsk, I found the webhook “form_response” which seems to create the hook when one VideoAsk is fully submitted or has been left. I am using very long forms and would like to integrate the VideoAsks on my platform and then show separate notes when certain answers have been submitted. For example:Do X after question 5 has been answered How can I access any data of the user DURING the time he is filling it out? Ideas so far:Webhook (does not seem to exist) API call for the answers of a user and then read the answer for a question_id that is question number 5. Then filter out only the answer from THIS user. Or send over a parameter to videoask at the beginning of the session hat will be saved in the answers and by that filter out the correct set of answers and then read it out. Thanks a lot!
