How can I edit the open and close of my video so that viewers don’t see me reaching for the start and stop record button? 

I would like to know the correct size for the logo to put in the videos!They always come out shifted to the left and small.  Is there a correct measurement to take into consideration?Thank you

HiI’m planning to share a VideoAsk link through SMS. I would like the video to play with the sound directly as the user clicks on the link (without a second click needed).I didn’t find this option, I’ve only been able to:automatically play the video MUTED or : wait for the user to click on PLAY to launch the video.Any idea?thank you so much.

3 days have passed, but the custom domain is still yellow. No response from VideoAsk support. Added CNAME to my domain’s DNS settings on Namecheap Saturday early morning, but until now, Tuesday, it’s still showing yellow on Videoask. I contacted support (support@videoask.com) using the email address registered on my account but haven’t heard from them until today. I thought the Brand plan includes priority support.

Is this possible in general? Thanks for your help guys!

I’ve sent out a ton of videoask links for job applicants and I’m getting a ton of people saying the app freezes or the video freezes.  Anybody else have this issue?  If so, is there a fix?

I am sending form transcription to make.com via webhook, it is sending data but in the make.com it showing transcription is pending.

Hey! I am having issues removing the “Reply” button from my videoask and having it open a new tab. I have checked out the help articles and don’t believe there any issues with my site or the code I have copied. I would really appreciate help with this since right now, it is negatively impacting the overall user experience on my site and it wasn’t happening at first.

On one of my questions the pexels background video expands to full screen automatically and you have to swipe to revert it back to the VideoAsk screen. How do I avoid this from happening?

I thought I’d get some abandonment, but it seems I get more than those that submit their info. In my video, I clearly say, I cannot answer their questions or send them info unless they share their info. Does anyone have examples of a high rate of response video? 

Hello! I’m a first time video ask user and I followed a template for my first request. Unfortunately, I can’t see the replies - I just see my video asking for them to respond. I’m wondering if the logic isn’t right possibly because it doesn’t have links for users to respond. Any suggestions? 

Overlay text works perfectly when I test it in the build mode and even in Preview mode. But it does not come up in the live videoask.I am on the “start” plan, Could that be the issue?

Hi,I’ve build a kind of Videofunnel where Website-Visitors answer different questions. VideoAsk is integrated as widget. Problem: When the visitor select an item on the second question, the next question appears in fullscreen (without the possible answers). So the visitor has to quit the fullscreen to be back to the question with its answer-buttons.how can I impende fullscreen modus?https://www.moebel-koenig.de 

When i select a option in our embedded videoask on a page in our app. It auto jumps to fullscreen. That's something i don't want. The best is to keep it inside the border (so not fullscreen). Is there a way to fix that.   

 I have a quick question about setting up contact fields in my videos. Right now, viewers have to answer a question before they can see the contact fields. I want to skip that step and let them get right to the contact fields because in the beginning of my video i ask their name as if we are having a conversation. For the following video after i ask for their  for their email and phone number. Can you tell me if there's a way to make these fields appear right away, without any other answer type first?

I am using videoask as a way to interact with people in keynotes.  I would like to “reply to many” with an additional videoask…  When I tried this, everyone had to retype their personal information.  Is there a way I can reply to many with a videoask where they do not need to re-enter their details? Thanks.

Hi allIs it me, or is Video Ask Support team understaffed or something? They are taking a long time to reply to emails.  For example, I emailed on 27 March and chased on 4 April, and still have not received a response.  I am looking to subscribe to the Brand package but it seems that my emails are not being treated as a priority.  I have a survey due to be launched on 1 May but need an answer to a question urgently before proceeding.Any ideas.Thanks.Rob

We use video ask for recruiting and since yesterday all candidates have reported that videoask is not working, when I try it it shows the video and allows to record, but not the question in text. is anyone else having this issue?

I have embedded a VideoAsk on my website but the button text is invisible. In the VideoAsk builder, the buttons look a little better but this is not how they render when I play the VideoAsk in my site. This article has some vague instructions for customising VideoAsks, but it’s not clear about what the Primary, Secondary and Background colours are referring to. https://www.videoask.com/help/branding/360050487192-create-default-videoask-settingsI need to see the background colour of my button to something dark. I need to set the font colour of my button to something bright. I need sufficient contrast between them so that they text is readable.I don’t care much about the colour of the button letter and its circle. Reading the letter is not very important to my visitors.Can anyone guide in in the right direction to set the button background and font colours?Thanks, Neil

Hello,I am trying to work with the very limited “confirmation emails” that VideoAsk provides.  I have requested that the live link to the VideoAsk be removed (so users can’t re-answer it) and now I am asking if you can help me understand what is the code (i.e. 7629, ucFc, etc) at the end of the subject line? The subject lines look like this:Your response has been submitted! (ucfc)Your response has been submitted! (7429)Could you just replace with the code with the name/title of the VideoAsk?  That would be so helpful for sending this to my clients.  So they know what confirmation email is associated with what question? The randomized code means nothing to their understanding.  Thanks for any help as quickly as possible!

Hi. I connected my GTM container in tag manager to videoask, but nothing happens. There are no events, no pixel, no conversions, there is absolutely nothing in tag manager account or container related to video ask. I need to track leads from google ads, so those who complete the form step, and I cannot find a way it’s unbelievable. Also, UA analytics doesn’t work anymore and GA4 integration is not supported. How any of you is tracking leads from google ads ? I must not be the only one having this problem. 

 Hello, I've been using Typeform's lead generation templates and have been getting good results, but I want to try VideoAsk as well. Generally, how have your conversion rates been with VideoAsk? Additionally, have you achieved better results with it compared to lead generation quizzes? Thanks.
